PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Professor Tiffany Ceasor

Professor Tiffany Ceasor serves as the Program Director of Artificial Intelligence at The Academy, where she leads the development of the institution’s AI curriculum and executive education initiatives.

A technologist and researcher with deep expertise in artificial intelligence and data science, Professor Ceasor brings a rare combination of industry experience, technical rigor, and interdisciplinary insight to the program.

Prior to joining The Academy, Professor Ceasor worked at Microsoft in Seattle as a Software Developer specializing in Data Science, where she contributed to advanced data-driven systems and analytics initiatives within one of the world’s leading technology companies. Her work focused on applying machine learning and large-scale data analysis to real-world technological challenges.

Professor Ceasor is currently completing her Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence at Florida Atlantic University, where her research examines emerging AI systems and their applications across complex technological and societal environments.

Her academic path reflects a uniquely interdisciplinary perspective. She earned her Master of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics, equipping her with advanced expertise in data systems, analytics, and organizational technology strategy. Earlier in her studies at Florida Atlantic University, she completed her undergraduate education in International Public Health and Public Health, providing her with a global perspective on how technological systems intersect with human and societal challenges.

Through her work in both industry and academia, Professor Ceasor has developed a reputation for translating complex AI concepts into practical, strategic insights for leaders across government, industry, and emerging technology sectors.
